The aircraft is a Cessna 172, capable of low & slow operations. Operating area easily includes from Billings, MT, west to Cascade Mts of Washington & Oregan The commercial pilot, Bill Caldwell, is instrument rated and is experienced in flying the mountains of NW Montana and North Idaho. He also has a BS in Forestry with graduate work in forest entomology, over 30 years experience as a State of Montana forester and 27 years in NW Montana. This includes extensive experience in resource management, slash hazard reduction, road management, and weed management.
